Bloom Sparking Raspberry
Known best for their florally-focussed gin, Bloom now pleasingly offer a range of botanical-heavy low-alcohol pre-mixed 'mocktails'. The latest is a Sparkling Raspberry and botanical blend made with 0.06% Bloom gin distillate.
The initial hit when twisting off the cap of this sturdy little 275ml keeper of a glass bottle is predominantly raspberry with some very feint notes of chamomile and coriander. It's a clean, fresh and enticing aroma, if more reminiscent of a sparking fruit drink than any kind of G&T.
Raspberry comes through strongly on tasting, bringing with it an initial sweetness which thankfully is soon anchored by dry quinine, juniper and the medley of signature Bloom botanicals, leaving a pleasant, dry, gin-like aftertaste on the palate.
Perhaps too fruity to be a evening-long gin alternative it certainly stands its ground as a high-quality and skilfully concocted adult soft-drink.

Distilled in the same way as our full-strength range and infused with wild rich raspberries, this ready-to-serve has all the delicious fruit and floral flavours expected of BLOOM Gin with none of the alcohol.
