Seedlip Spice 94 & Grapefruit Tonic

The spicier sibling in Seedlip's pre-mixed non-alcoholic spirit and tonic range, Spice 94 & Grapefruit Tonic is a subtle but sophisticated alternative.

A heady and complex concoction of individually copper-pot distilled botanicals, including allspice, oak, green cardamom and cascarilla (a sweet, nutty, tropical plant historically used in vermouth and amaro) give this drink its distinctive, woody, tannin-heavy personality. Allspice pushes through as the dominant flavour backed up by cardamom and warming bark, floating above a mild tonic base. Quinine is all but absent with grapefruit instead providing a dry, bitter backup as the spices gradually fade.

This is a much more complex and aromatic drink than Seedlip Grove 42 & Lemongrass Tonic. Still mild and drinkable but a very appealing alternative if you're in the mood for something a little more exotic.
